About the Role

As a Partner, Talent Acquisition – Sourcing at QTS Data Centers, you will build strong pipelines of top talent across all business units nationwide. You’ll collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and engage exceptional candidates aligned with QTS’s culture and mission. Beyond pipeline development, you’ll serve as the go-to expert for market intelligence, tracking talent trends, analyzing competitor activity, and shaping QTS’s recruiting strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing and engaging talent for high-impact and highly visible roles across multiple business units.
• Drive the early stages of the hiring process by conducting phone screens and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Develop expertise in QTS’s hiring profiles and talent sourcing methods.
• Create personalized, authentic outreach messages to build lasting relationships with potential candidates.
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines to meet evolving business needs.
• Leverage innovative sourcing tools and techniques to identify and connect with top talent in competitive markets.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives to elevate the QTS employer brand and attract mission-aligned candidates.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sourcing best practices to evolve strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key sourcing metrics to evaluate performance, optimize processes, and deliver data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Five or more years of successful candidate sourcing experience.
• Three years of recruitment marketing experience.
• Two or more years of applicant tracking software experience.
• One or more years of Workday Recruiting Module experience (preferred).

• Ability to prioritize multiple urgent needs across Talent Acquisition and business units.
• Strong communication skills to educate and influence hiring managers on candidate pipelines and market trends.

Pay

The estimated pay range for this role in Virginia is $69,679.81 - $106,559.00. Compensation for candidates outside Virginia will align with their location and will be determined based on skills, experience, and other permissible factors.
