Partner Success Manager, Western US
About the role
Own the success of transportation systems in your partners' cities, serving as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership. Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping translate their operational realities and community needs into concrete service improvements and revenue opportunities. Build deep, long-term relationships with partners by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for service growth. Analyze service performance data on a daily, weekly, and long-term basis to deliver actionable recommendations that improve quality, efficiency, and growth. Negotiate complex, multi-year contract renewals and service expansions that increase year-on-year revenue across your portfolio. Advocate internally for your partners, championing new products and capabilities that expand the size and scope of their services.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, whether in consulting, customer success, or a high-growth technology company
- Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; you draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets and turn raw numbers into clear, actionable recommendations
- An entrepreneurial relationship builder who stays calm and considered in politically sensitive, high-stakes situations
- A reliable self-starter with a growth mentality; you thrive in fast-paced environments and aren't deterred by setbacks or pivots
- An excellent team player who views success as a collective effort and takes pride in mentoring others while delivering as a strong individual contributor

Pay
Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable. Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000.
