Partner Solution Architect - Cloud and AI Alliances
About the role
The Partner Solution Architect — Cloud and AI Alliances will partner with Partner Sales Directors across the cloud Alliances. The Partner Solution Architect operates as a strategic liaison: identifying high-value joint use cases, developing reference architectures and technical narratives, influencing product roadmap priorities based on partner ecosystem trends, and enabling field teams to articulate the Dynatrace-plus-cloud value proposition. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in cloud-native architectures and observability with the interpersonal, writing, and strategic thinking skills required to build and sustain productive relationships with hyperscaler partner engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with the cloud partner engineering, solutions architecture, and product teams to drive co-innovation and joint solution integrations.
- Develop reference architectures, solution briefs, and technical content (whitepapers, blogs, demos, workshop kits) that articulate the Dynatrace-cloud partner value proposition.
- Feed cloud ecosystem trends and integration gaps into Dynatrace product management, and support beta programs for joint solutions.
- Enable field and partner sales/technical teams — through training, playbooks, content and demos — to independently position and support cloud co-sell opportunities.
- Support cloud partner events and co-marketing campaigns with technical content and presentations.
- Represent Dynatrace as a subject-matter expert in the cloud partner community through published content and thought leadership.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

- General understanding of the AI ecosystem across clouds including LLMs, AI infrastructure and developer tooling enabling the agentic life cycle.
- Familiarity with cloud partner programs, competencies, and co-sell, co-build and co-market motions.
- Prior experience with Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, or other observability tools.
