About the role
The School Technology Partner provides dedicated technology support to multiple schools. This position is managed by the DPS Department of Technology Services and will report to the DoTS Partner, in partnership with the supported schools.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for issue resolution with all technical issues at each school.
- Provide instruction and tier one/two technical support to administrators and staff on various applications and technology.
- Evaluate and/or develop school technology plans, coordinating aspects of the District Vision with the plans in individual schools.
- Maintain all school technology inventory.
- Build device configurations and modifications to DPS technology as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (e.g., Mail, Docs, Forms).
- Ability to work collaboratively on a team.
- Ability to work in a multi-ethnic and multicultural environment with district and school leaders, faculty, staff, and students.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing deadlines.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Aptitude for variety, changing expectations, and a fast-paced environment.

- A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience (preferred).

Skills
- Experience with mobile devices (e.g., Chromebooks, iPads, and Tablets) preferred.
- Demonstrated experience instructing, teaching, and communicating state-of-the-art technology.

Pay
Salary Range: $48,567–$58,280.
