About the role
The Partner Program Manager will oversee and manage the partner program for GoToMarket – GSI & Channel. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the partner network, ensuring alignment with company goals, and fostering strong relationships with partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the partner network
- Ensure alignment between partner programs and company goals
- Foster strong relationships with partners through regular communication and support
- Manage partner onboarding and training processes
- Monitor and report on partner performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for partnership growth and innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or software industry
- Proven track record of managing and growing partner networks
- Strong understanding of partner management tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
