About the role

The Partner Program Manager will oversee and manage the partner program for GoToMarket – GSI & Channel. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the partner network, ensuring alignment with company goals, and fostering strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the partner network
  • Ensure alignment between partner programs and company goals
  • Foster strong relationships with partners through regular communication and support
  • Manage partner onboarding and training processes
  • Monitor and report on partner performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for partnership growth and innovation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or software industry
  • Proven track record of managing and growing partner networks
  • Strong understanding of partner management tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
