Role Summary

As a Partner Program Manager, you drive the successful implementation and execution of programs across PosterElite’s partner ecosystem. You serve as the central point of coordination between our partners and internal teams, managing the details, timelines, dependencies, and communication required to move new programs from agreement through launch. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and getting things across the finish line. You are comfortable working within established programs and processes, including workflows that are not yet fully automated, and bring the discipline to keep multiple workstreams organized and moving. You anticipate roadblocks, create clarity across teams, and ensure partners receive a consistent, high-quality implementation experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead partner onboarding and implementation from internal handoff through successful program launch
  • Manage implementation requirements, project plans, timelines, dependencies, documentation, and partner-specific configurations
  • Coordinate across partners and internal Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and Development teams to keep projects moving and commitments on track
  • Lead implementation kickoffs, status meetings, partner training, and launch-readiness activities
  • Proactively identify risks, follow up on outstanding deliverables, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues when needed
  • Coordinate the execution of partner campaigns, product launches, new services, and other program rollouts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, implementation trackers, partner information, reporting, and operational documentation
  • Support partner marketing requests, billing coordination, data management, and other operational requirements throughout implementation
  • Identify recurring process gaps and recommend practical improvements that make partner implementations more consistent, efficient, and scalable

What You Bring

  • Strong project management instincts and the ability to bring structure, organization, and accountability to work involving multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through—you maintain visibility across commitments, dependencies, and deadlines and keep work moving toward completion
  • A hands-on, execution-oriented mindset and comfort working within processes that may still require manual tracking, coordination, and follow-up
  • Strong partner instincts—you understand how to create a professional, responsive experience while managing the operational details required behind the scenes
  • Clear, proactive communication that keeps partners, Sales, and internal teams aligned on progress, ownership, risks, and next steps
  • Confidence coordinating across teams, navigating competing priorities, and driving accountability without direct authority
  • Sound judgment and resourcefulness when solving problems, escalating issues, and determining what needs attention first
  • A practical approach to process improvement—you recognize opportunities to make execution simpler, more consistent, and more scalable without overengineering the solution
  • Adaptability, ownership, and comfort operating in a growing environment where priorities move quickly and processes continue to evolve

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in implementation, program management, project management, partner operations, customer onboarding, customer success, or a related role
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines
  • Experience supporting customer or partner onboarding, implementation, program launches, or similar operational workflows
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects while maintaining accuracy, visibility, and follow-through
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to create clarity, drive alignment, and communicate effectively across partner and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and business software platforms
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, campaign management, or customer engagement platforms
  • Experience within Payroll, HCM, HR Technology, Benefits, Compliance, SaaS, PEO, or related industries is a strong plus

How We Work

  • We're a remote-first team that values clarity, communication, initiative and ownership
  • You'll collaborate across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and Development—mostly through Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
  • Travel is typically less than 20%, with occasional partner meetings or industry events
  • We move quickly, support each other generously, and celebrate progress as much as outcomes
