What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage and support the Partner Program for Solution Providers and Distributors in support of our clients annual revenue goals.
  • Be responsible for all partner program communications (i.e., new partner onboarding, internal partner team newsletters, etc.) and program assets (i.e., program guides, infographic, etc.).
  • Identify changes in Salesforce.com, the Partner Portal and other core business systems to ensure alignment with Partner Programs.
  • Work with our partner enablement team to iterate on accreditation program.
  • Provide regional support for launching program updates, including communications, documentation, rules of engagement, benefits, and requirements.
  • Design and operate incentive and reward programs that are a competitive advantage for partners while delivering intended ROI.
  • Support the Partner team with programmatic resources to ensure adequate execution and incentive participation, including reporting, incentive overviews, guidelines, terms and conditions, and enablement materials.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including finance, field operations, channel, legal, compliance, and program leadership in the execution of partner incentives.
  • Work with the Pricing and Packaging team on partner promotions offerings and pricing.
  • Own and report on partner performance during quarterly business reviews.
  • Special projects as needed, in support of the Global Partner Program and Experience team.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in SAAS company, preferably working with Partner Programs, Solution Providers (resellers), Distributor Partners, etc. across multiple geographies.
  • Strong experience modeling incentives and driving adoption via partners.
  • Organized, detailed oriented and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Experience drafting content, writing, and editing.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills and detailed project management skills.
  • Self-starter and excellent problem solver via collaboration.
  • Interest in understanding the Identity landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally across organizations.
  • A high degree of honesty, integrity, and sound judgment.
  • Willingness to listen, learn and incorporate other ideas into all aspects of a job.
  • Comfortable with travel up to 10%.
