About the role

As a key member of the Syndigo team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and success of our client base by providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues related to product usage and support requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
  • Provide training and documentation to clients on how to effectively utilize our products
  • Monitor and escalate complex issues to senior support staff as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical assistance
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and/or digital marketing tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of web technologies and software development is beneficial
