About the role
As a key member of the Syndigo team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and success of our client base by providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance.Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues related to product usage and support requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
- Provide training and documentation to clients on how to effectively utilize our products
- Monitor and escalate complex issues to senior support staff as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical assistance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and/or digital marketing tools is a plus
- Knowledge of web technologies and software development is beneficial
