Intel’s Global Partner Marketing team drives co-marketing strategy and execution across a broad range of ecosystem partners, aligning business and marketing priorities to grow preference for Intel technology and deliver mutual growth.

About the role

As Co-Marketing Program Architect, you will design and manage the global co-marketing framework for Intel’s Client and Data Center partners. Your goal is to create a program that delivers measurable value to Intel and our partners, aligns investments to revenue, amplifies Intel’s direct marketing efforts, and elevates the Intel brand in every co-marketing initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic business objectives into an annual co-marketing program framework.
  • Architect a program that delights customers, ensures brand attribution, and empowers Partner Marketing Account teams to meet deliverables.
  • Develop and present Co-Marketing program KPIs in executive reviews—both internally and with partners.
  • Drive the annual program framework and associated communications.
  • Establish the annual program budget methodology.
  • Align with Legal, Finance, and Operations to deliver all elements of the program framework.
  • Leverage insights, research, and support from internal analytics, agency partners, and vendors to refine co-marketing strategies.
  • Monitor global program health and performance (HQ and Field Marketing); implement enhancements to resolve issues.
  • Build strong partnerships with Global Segment Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, and peer groups to execute the program architecture.
  • Innovate using AI and emerging technologies to reimagine program workflows, tools, and system integration.
  • Analyze ecosystem dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and adjust the framework accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
    • 10+ years of marketing experience.
    • 4+ years of relevant tech ecosystem product knowledge.
    • 4+ years in a customer-facing role within a Global Sales or Marketing organization.
    • 4+ years of Co-Marketing/Partner Marketing experience with proven results.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • MBA.
    • Experience with AI, cloud, and/or ISV ecosystems.

  • Deep understanding of Client Computing Group (CCG) and Data Center Group (DCG) business and product strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage comfortably across diverse stakeholder roles and hierarchies.
  • Creativity, drive, and resilience to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
  • Flexible problem-solving and consensus-building in sensitive situations.
  • Mastery of productivity and collaboration tools.

Pay

Annual salary range for US-based roles: $145,850 – $298,520. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schedule

This role follows Intel’s hybrid work model, allowing employees to split time between on-site at their assigned Intel location and off-site.
