About the role
The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to foster mutual success
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and campaign execution
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns to inform future strategies
Requirements
- 4+ years of partner, lifecycle, or growth marketing experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs
- Experience working with B2B companies and understanding their needs and challenges
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Passion for fintech and B2B SaaS industries
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
