Partner Manager, Creator Marketing
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove "Responsibilities NA Creator & Partner Monetization — part of NA Creative Ops." maybe that's part of intro? Actually the posting starts with "Responsibilities NA Creator & Partner Monetization — part of NA Creative Ops." That seems like a heading but we should treat as part of intro? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. We need to parse the content and produce sections. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The role introduction paragraph(s). The text: "Role Introduction: We're looking for someone who sits at the intersection of product marketing and partner management — not a traditional partner manager. You'll own the GTM and adoption strategy for TikTok One Platforms across NA creator marketing agencies. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will focus on both existing partners and growing new partners, centered around driving adoption of product solutions designed to allow brands to invest in creator marketing and on TikTok ads. The team’s culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what's next. In this role, you will work directly with partners in the creator marketing ecosystem. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders including product, strategy, legal, partner activation & enablement, and marketing to develop new ways for consumers to interact with products, services and experiences they love." We can put that under
About the role
with. - Responsibilities: The bullet list after "Responsibilities:" includes many items. We'll put under
Responsibilities
with- each bullet.
- Qualifications: There's "Minimum Qualifications:" and "Preferred Qualifications:" We could combine under
Qualifications
with sub-sections? The instruction only allows those headings; we could put both minimum and preferred under Qualifications heading, maybe separate paragraphs. Could also split into Requirements? But they said we can use Requirements heading if there is content. There's no explicit "Requirements" separate; qualifications cover that. We'll use Qualifications heading. - Skills: Not explicitly listed separate; but qualifications include skills. Could we create Skills section? Probably not needed; we can keep under Qualifications. - Benefits: The posting includes benefits description: "Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure). The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice." Also there is mention of benefits may vary depending on nature of employment and country work location. That's substantive. So we can include Benefits heading. - Pay: There's compensation description: base salary range $108000 - $208800 annually, plus mention of bonuses, RSUs. So we can include Pay heading. - Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule heading. - About TikTok: There's a paragraph about TikTok mission etc. Could be under About the role? Or maybe a separate "About TikTok" but not in allowed headings. Could fold into About the role? The instruction says use those headings for section headings; we could also include a section like "About TikTok" but not in list; better to incorporate into About the role or maybe omit? The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It didn't forbid other headings besides the list? It says usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The e.g. suggests those are examples but likely they want only those headings. Safer to stick to those headings. So we can put TikTok description under About the role or maybe under a separate "About the company" but not allowed. We'll incorporate into About the role paragraph. - Diversity & Inclusion, TikTok Accommodation, Job Information (including Fair Chance etc.) are boilerplate/legal; we should remove them. - Also remove "Responsibilities NA Creator & Partner Monetization — part of NA Creative Ops." maybe that's a heading but we can treat as part of intro? It's not a standard heading; we can drop it or incorporate into About the role. - Also remove duplicated lines: there is repeated "TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space..." etc. That's EEO boilerplate; remove. - Remove application instructions: none seen besides accommodation link; but that's part of accommodation boilerplate; remove. - Remove "Job Information 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)" maybe we keep compensation but drop the label. We should ensure no extra fluff. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "TikTok is the leading destination..." we omitted that; but maybe we should keep some of that under About the role? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The TikTok mission description is substantive; we should include it. We omitted it. Let's add a paragraph about TikTok mission under About the role. Thus About the role paragraph: combine role introduction and TikTok mission. Let's craft:We're looking for someone who sits at the intersection of product marketing and partner management — not a traditional partner manager. You'll own the GTM and adoption strategy for TikTok One Platforms across NA creator marketing agencies. TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. At TikTok, our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok's global headquarters are in Los Angeles and Singapore, and we also have offices in New York City, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.
That preserves all. Now ensure we didn't include any duplicated lines. Also we removed "Why Join Us" etc. That's substantive? It's about mission and values; we already captured mission. The "Why Join Us" paragraph is somewhat repetitive; we can omit as it's similar to mission. But to preserve ALL substantive information, we might need to include it. However it's largely same as mission; but we could include it as part of About the role. Let's incorporate the "Why Join Us" paragraph after the mission. The "Why Join Us" text: "Inspiring creativity is at the core of TikTok's mission. Our innovative product is built to help people authentically express themselves, discover and connect – and
