Partner Growth Specialist

Sales Overview

We are not looking for someone to sit back and wait for leads. This role is for someone who knows business is earned through follow-up, relationships, consistency, and asking for the close.

Responsibilities

• Get leads from our marketing, but do not rely on them. Make calls, send follow-ups, knock on doors, build relationships, create opportunities, give strong tours, and stay with a prospect until there is a clear yes or no.
• Manage assigned locations, keep eyes on the pipeline, follow up, manage activity, build trust with current Partners, notice issues before they become bigger problems, and protect the experience.
• Own your number, be proud of your ability to connect, follow up, create urgency, solve problems, and close deals.

Requirements

This is an East Valley-focused role, with assigned locations primarily in Gilbert, Tempe, and surrounding areas. Local travel will be part of the job.

Pay

$24 - $50 hourly
