Partner Growth Manager

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own the partner lifecycle from acquisition to retention for a large ecosystem
• Define and report on key metrics to assess program health
• Design automated onboarding and engagement programs for partners
• Implement a partner segmentation model to tailor outreach
• Leverage ecosystem data to automate partner interactions
• Collaborate with marketing to produce scalable content for agencies

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of growth marketing or lifecycle marketing experience
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics and data interpretation
• Proficient in using PartnerStack and Crossbeam or similar tools
• Demonstrated ability to automate and scale marketing programs
• Collaborative with marketing teams to enable content distribution

Pay

$135,000 – $165,000 annually
