Partner Field Marketing Manager

About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale partner field marketing strategy for measurable pipeline generation
• Develop targeted engagement strategies for executive dinners and events
• Collaborate with Alliances and Sales to maximize partner contributions
• Manage partner accountability for qualified prospects and outreach
• Design integrated event experiences for meaningful customer engagement
• Create frameworks for measuring attendance and program performance
• Work cross-functionally to align campaigns and follow-up
• Utilize AI and automation to enhance campaign efficiency

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in partner marketing or related go-to-market function within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company
• Proven ability to build partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline
• Experience executing top-tier executive events and related conferences
• Strong knowledge of partner ecosystems and joint go-to-market strategies
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical abilities for measuring performance and attribution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leveraging AI tools for campaign execution and workflows

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
