About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and oversight of strategic advisory and technology modernization engagements
• Serve as the account leader responsible for client satisfaction and growth strategies
• Develop C-suite relationships to create opportunities for account expansion
• Guide clients through energy transition and technology modernization strategies
• Identify market trends and translate insights into business opportunities
• Shape and close complex pursuits including proposal strategy and negotiations
• Integrate the firm’s capabilities to provide strategic value to clients

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in client growth and account management within the energy and utility sector
• Deep understanding of utility operations, technology modernization, and market trends
• Proven success in leading account strategy and financial planning with a focus on profitability
• Track record of successfully closing complex consulting and technology engagements
• Ability to build long-term relationships with C-suite stakeholders and drive measurable outcomes
• Experience creating and executing strategic account plans for revenue growth
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to client challenges

Pay

$310,000 – $520,000 annually
