Partner Custodian Case Manager
About the role
The Partner Custodian Case Manager (PC CM) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth opening and funding of new accounts on the AssetMark platform. This position is pivotal in delivering a seamless and best-in-class onboarding experience for Advisors and their clients.
Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Partner Custodian account opening requirements, including deep knowledge of transfers and cost basis.
- Execute on key performance measures such as accuracy, productivity, contact quality, and availability.
- Work closely with team and leader to ensure all workflow is handled for the day, maintaining 100% service level adherence.
- Put the client first and focus on the client experience when making decisions or handling resolution.
- Effectively manage time and priorities throughout the day.
- Consistently look for process improvements and enhance the client experience, reduce risk, eliminate waste, and improve accuracy and productivity.
- Proactively question and resolve any unclear, non-executable, or actionable directions, instructions, or forms.
- Expertly handle NIGO resolution, focusing on the most efficient ways for Advisors to resolve outstanding items.
- Help execute the Partner Custodian Team's strategy and vision, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
Requirements
- Superb oral and written communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
- Passion for service, with a deep understanding of client obsession and exceeding standard expectations.
- 0-5+ years of experience in the brokerage, banking, or client service industry.
- Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications
- Talent Advancement Program certifications – Financial Industry Fundamentals, Emerging Leaders, Process Excellence Course, Service Excellence Series.
- 2-5+ years in the Financial Industry.
- Experience with change management.
- Proven leadership skills within a team or organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Benefits
- Base Salary range: $55,000 - $60,000.
