About the role
The Partner Coordinator supports the successful implementation and ongoing operation of dual and concurrent enrollment partnerships between ASU and schools, districts, and community organizations. This role involves partner onboarding, program support, data management, and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding activities for new partner schools, districts, and community organizations, including communications, training coordination, resource distribution, and implementation support.
- Support the resolution of routine partner questions and elevate complex issues to appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate partner records, engagement activities, and program information within HubSpot and other systems.
- Support team members in maintaining consistent CRM practices and data standards.
- Represent Accelerate ASU at conferences, partner events, and community engagement activities as assigned.
- Contribute to special projects and team initiatives that support the continued growth and effectiveness of Accelerate ASU.
- Support marketing and communications efforts through content distribution, asset management, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Travel up to 25% (or 4-7 days per month) of local, national, and international travel to partner sites, conferences, training, and team events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Qualifications
- Experience with dual enrollment, concurrent enrollment, early college, College in the High School, or other college access programs.
- Experience working in K–12 education, higher education, community-based organizations, or in roles that support partnerships with schools and districts.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining collaborative relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to manage relationships, communications, and program data.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform recommendations, planning, and decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and engage effectively with audiences.
- Ability to quickly change priorities, which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.

$55,000 - $62,000 per year; depending on experience
