About the role

The Partner Channel Sales Director will lead the sales efforts for a major technology company, focusing on expanding the company's reach through strategic partnerships and channel development. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new partner opportunities, including managing complex negotiations and contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering long-term partnerships that enhance the company’s market position.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partner programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy adjustments and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in managing and closing complex deals.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in B2B sales and partnership management.
