About the role
The Partner Channel Sales Director will lead the sales efforts for a major technology company, focusing on expanding the company's reach through strategic partnerships and channel development. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and close new partner opportunities, including managing complex negotiations and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering long-term partnerships that enhance the company’s market position.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partner programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy adjustments and improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Experience in managing and closing complex deals.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
