Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the firm's Ohio presence as a founding office leader
• Manage and mentor attorneys and support staff as the office grows
• Handle sophisticated transportation and insurance defense litigation matters
• Represent national clients, including: Amazon, Uber, National transportation carriers, Fortune 500 companies
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's national platform on cross-office matters
• Develop relationships with clients and help drive strategic office growth
• Serve as a key leader within the firm's transportation and litigation practices

Qualifications

• Extensive experience practicing law, preferably within transportation litigation and insurance defense
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Partner-level attorney experience preferred
• Portable business is not required
• Strong litigation, client management, and strategic leadership skills
• Licensed to practice in Ohio or eligible for admission
