Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day relationships with Salesforce and Anthropic partner alliance managers
  • Build structured relationship motions at the executive, sales, and partner role levels
  • Develop a co-sell go-to-market motion between partner AEs and Asymbl AEs that drives qualified pipeline and deal velocity
  • Run regular cadence meetings with key stakeholders and ensure follow-through on commitments, referrals, and joint initiatives
  • Track relationship health and flag risks before they become partnership gaps
  • Serve as the internal expert on the Asymbl alliance ecosystem, educating sales, marketing, and CS on how to leverage the partnerships
  • Coordinate co-marketing with the marketing team: joint webinars, case studies, newsletter features, and event sponsorships
  • Own partner pipeline tracking: referrals, co-sell opportunities, and sourced deals in Salesforce CRM with reporting on velocity and conversion
  • Create and maintain co-sell materials including one-pagers, battle cards, and talking points for partner and Asymbl AEs
  • Manage Asymbl’s Salesforce AppExchange listing, keeping it current, optimized, and performing
  • Track ISV program requirements including security reviews, certifications, and listing compliance
  • Maintain and grow Asymbl’s SI partner standing: track certifications, badges, and specializations across the team
  • Monitor certification expirations and coordinate with the Delivery team on renewal timelines
  • Identify new certifications or specializations that strengthen Asymbl’s SI credibility and present to leadership
  • Build toward Asymbl’s Anthropic Select Partnership goals and drive early customer wins that can be told publicly
  • Identify co-sell and co-marketing opportunities within the Anthropic ecosystem
  • Ensure Asymbl is accurately represented in the Anthropic partner directory and positioned to benefit from select-tier program requirements

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of partner alliance or channel experience, ideally experience in working within the Salesforce partner ecosystem
  • Experience managing partner programs end-to-end: tracking certifications, building go to market motions, executing on plan on time and in budget, reporting on KPIs, and driving accountability
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to align sales, marketing, and product around a shared partner strategy
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through; comfortable owning multiple programs simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to own a program with limited oversight
  • Prior experience managing an Anthropic, AWS, or similar AI partner relationship
