Participant Services Specialist – Stock Plan Support

About the role

We help stock plan participants take ownership of their financial future. You'll provide clear, empathetic guidance and personalized solutions, educating participants on their stock plans and assisting with transactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from stock plan participants
• Provide clear, empathetic guidance and personalized solutions
• Educate participants on their stock plans
• Aid with transactions for options, restricted stock, ESPPs, and more

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM during Schwab’s training program
• Flexibility to work various shifts after training, Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET
• Preferred qualifications include FINRA Series 7, 63 preferred or must be obtained as a condition of employment
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited university

Skills

• Customer service and/or client relationship experience
• Financial services knowledge
• Technical proficiency with stock plan systems

Schedule

On-site Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM during Schwab’s training program. Flexibility to work various shifts after training, Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
