About the role

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will help lead our little stars in fun and educational activities in a non-competitive environment. Become a local face for the fastest growing youth soccer program in the North Bay.

Responsibilities

  • Lead each class following our customized, age-appropriate enrichment curriculum focused on developing the whole child
  • Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
  • Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
  • Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
  • Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with children and/or youth sports
  • Extremely reliable
  • Positive, engaging energy
  • Background check required
  • Available during morning and after-school hours on weekdays, and/or on weekend mornings (ideal candidate has availability on some of: Monday-Friday 1pm-5pm, or weekends 9:00am-1pm)
  • Willing to travel up to 15 miles each way to class locations in Marin and Sonoma Counties

Pay

  • Assistant Coach: starts at $25 per/hour, plus daily commute stipend
  • Lead Coach (after training and onboarding): $30-$35 per/class
