We’re looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with our Recipients, supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities, and bringing them into the community to grow and strengthen personal goals outside the home. Full- and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one mentoring in clients’ homes
- Support, encourage, and facilitate skill-building activities
- Engage clients in community outings to advance personal goals
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments
- Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
- Must be 18 years or older
