About The Role If you're an RN who still loves caring for people but is ready to trade burnout for balance, this may be your fit. As a Wellness RN, you'll deliver IV therapy, IM injections, and other restorative services in a client-centered, clinical setting. On busy days, this role moves fast but is not chaotic. You'll be managing multiple clients simultaneously, supporting walk-ins, and keeping clinic flow smooth — all while delivering a consistently excellent experience. The pace varies, and we want someone who thrives in a dynamic environment rather than expects a quiet one. An understanding of the relationship between exceptional client care and business growth is important. What You’ll Do Promote and consult with clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injection ingredients and our Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapies.Document client visits via EMR.Work with our Lead RN to ensure nursing coverage seven days a week.Administer IV drips, IM injections, and mild hyperbaric sessions with skill and confidence.Educate and guide clients through their wellness experiences.Maintain a clean, safe, and serene treatment environment.Provide friendly, professional, and compassionate care.Collaborate with a team that values positivity, balance, and growth.
