Responsibilities

• Develop and implement wellness programs tailored to the needs of residents.
• Coordinate with other therapy providers to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and engaging environment for all residents.
• Provide individualized support to residents based on their physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Document progress and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
• Current license to practice in the state of Florida.
• Experience in a therapeutic setting preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.

Pay

$25-$30/hour based on experience.

Schedule

Flexible schedule, offering 9am-12pm Monday-Friday or 9am-3:30pm three days per week. Saturdays are preferred.
