About the role
ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Caregivers to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in their homes while supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities. You will also be taking them into the community to help achieve their personal goals.
Responsibilities
- Support and encourage Recipients in their daily activities
- Help Recipients build new skills and confidence
- Bring Recipients into the community to support their personal growth
- Work closely with Recipients to develop and follow care plans
- Ensure Recipients' safety and comfort during home visits
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and follow care plans
- Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments
- Pass required background checks and screenings
- Must be 18 years or older
