Part Time Weekday Caregiver for Young Adult

About the role

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Caregivers to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in their homes while supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and encourage Recipients in their daily lives
• Help Recipients build new skills and engage in community activities
• Work independently and follow care plans provided by ExpertCare
• Ensure Recipients have access to necessary resources and support

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
