Part Time Weekend Brunch Bartender

About the role

Prepare and serve drinks for guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner while providing outstanding service. Act as an advocate for the bar/restaurant, create ridiculously personal guest experiences, and develop relationships that encourage repeat visits. Greet and welcome guests, promptly serve food and beverages, and process orders accurately in the POS system. Pour drinks according to standard specifications, serve food and drinks, and assist servers with orders. Notify management of intoxicated or disruptive guests.

• Fill and clean ice bins, clean and empty trash cans, change kegs, and stock beer and wine coolers
• Clean shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns
• Follow uniform and grooming specifications
• Maintain cooperative communication with support crew and management
• Unpack deliveries and stock the bar

Occasionally take on responsibilities outside of this job description as needed.

Requirements

• 3 years of bartending experience is preferred
• Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences
• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge, strong communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of credit card and cash handling procedures, accurate tip-out recording, and bill calculation
• Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications (if applicable)
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
