Part Time/Weekend Access Control Security Officer

About the role

Access Control Security Officer position with Securitas USA, helping to make the world a safer place by monitoring premises, patrolling locations, preserving order, enforcing regulations, and providing customer service to client employees and visitors. Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Patrol a variety of locations and actively monitor premises.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide customer service and information to client’s employees and customers.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods; may involve climbing stairs, walking up inclines, and on uneven terrain.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds; occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Valid Driver Certification.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Meet and maintain applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Pay

Wage: $20.00 per hour.

Schedule

Must be available to work weekends (full‑ and part‑time positions available).
