About The Role

The Part-Time Supplies Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and staging customer orders to ensure timely delivery. This role plays an important part in maintaining warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Pick and palletize customer orders using RF scanners or paper pick tickets.
• Safely operate a pallet jack to move products throughout the warehouse.
• Prepare completed orders by stacking boxes, shrink wrapping, and staging pallets for shipment.
• Accurately read product labels, pick tickets, and warehouse documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity goals while ensuring order accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily warehouse operations.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• This position works in a warehouse environment and requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
• The Position Also Requires The Ability To Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and wrist-mounted RF scanners.
• Read product labels, pick tickets, and warehouse documentation accurately.

Compensation

The expected starting pay for this position is $16.50 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Please note that this is a part-time position and is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.

Other Information

• Work Location: Onsite in West Deptford, New Jersey
• Schedule: Sunday: 10:00 AM start
  Monday: 2:00 PM start
  Wednesday: 2:00 PM start
• Start times and schedules may be adjusted based on holidays or business needs.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to accurately read labels, pick tickets, and other warehouse documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.
