Part-Time Warehouse Machine Operator - Restock Driver (SAT-SUN)

About the role

The Part Time Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e; Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and Company WMS.
• Perform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used.
• Maintain productivity minimum requirements CPH, and work with a sense of urgency.
• Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas.
• Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software.
• Act professionally and remain focused while working.
• Safely operate all warehouse equipment.
• Follow directions of leadership.
• Perform cleaning activities as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma.
• Must be in good standing with the company.
• Ability to read and understand pick tickets and labels written in English.
• Ability to use electronic devices.
• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers quickly and accurately.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Ability to prioritize assignments in order to meet cut off times.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Able to learn or be trained on using power equipment: Order Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser, Pallet Jack, Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, etc.
• Willing to perform other duties as required.
• Able to work overtime if required.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to wear proper safety equipment (safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest).
• PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment.

Skills

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs.
• Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery.

Pay

$22.15 hourly

Schedule

Saturday-Sunday (10AM - 6:30PM), Part-Time, Non -Exempt
