Warehouse Machine Operator I - Restock Driver (MON-FRI)

About the role

The Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e; Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and Company WMS.
• Perform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used.
• Maintain productivity minimum requirements CPH, and work with a sense of urgency.
• Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas.
• Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software.
• Act professionally and remain focused while working.
• Safely operate all warehouse equipment.
• Follow directions of leadership.
• Perform cleaning activities as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physical strength and dexterity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to use electronic devices and basic computer/reporting skills.
• Able to follow detailed instructions.
• Able to operate warehouse machinery - Forklift/Cherry Picker Driver Experience.
• Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day.
• Able to bend, stoop, and twist repetitively.
• Able to work independently without close supervision.
• Able to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers quickly and accurately.
• Able to read and understand labels written in English.
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest).

Skills

• Physical Demands: Standing and walking for an 8+ hour shift, frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs, moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing.
• Working Environment: Warehouse conditions ranging from warm to cool, around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.

Full-Time
Monday - Friday
Two different shifts available: 10am-7:30pm, 2pm - 11:30pm
Onsite: 2 Ontelaunee Drive - Reading, PA 19605
