About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. This role requires the ability to work independently and solve problems while managing materials, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. The Warehouse Coordinator will perform regular cycle counts, maintain detailed inventory tracking, and report to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and perform warehouse activities including unloading, checking in, receiving, inventory management, and organizing products.
  • Ensure contractor requests are picked, checked, and staged for pickup efficiently and in a timely manner while updating the inventory system.
  • Document product configuration and physical characteristics for systematic management.
  • Complete regular cycle counts and ensure all documentation is accurate.
  • Make recommendations regarding proper storage, inventory, and warehousing procedures, as well as improvements in warehouse efficiency.
  • Replenish primary pick locations from secondary storage locations.
  • Transfer product between inventory based on guidelines.
  • Handle storing, cutting, packing, and loading for shipment.
  • Receive, build, and ship Kits/BOM.
  • Meet productivity standards and ensure accuracy of work to maintain inventory control and customer satisfaction.
  • Use Excel and Business Central for inventory functions such as receiving, transfers, and shipments.
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklift and reach trucks, order pickers, and tape machines.
  • Create and distribute weekly and monthly inventory reporting.
  • May be required to drive a company vehicle and travel to other warehouses/offices throughout the operating area.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of warehouse experience.
  • 2+ years of cycle counting and inventory management.
  • 6 months’ experience using material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Proven experience working independently and managing time efficiently.
  • Organized with the ability to manage time efficiently with little daily oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend, squat, reach, and kneel up to 85% of the time.
  • Ability to regularly lift 5–50 lbs. and occasionally lift over 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay

The expected base pay range for this position varies based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual bonus.
