We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections that have real content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, scam warning, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. Key sections: - About the role? The first paragraph: "Provides support as a member of the Grocery team to include receiving and preparing product, maintaining the grocery floor and displays, and selling product in support of WFM standards. Performs all functions related to breaking down deliveries and stocking shelves. All Whole Foods Market Retail jobs require ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members at all times. All positions must be performed in accordance with team and store Standard Operating Procedures. Further, Team Members must be prepared and able to perform the duties inherent in other Team Member job descriptions. All positions must strive to support WFM core values and goals, promote national, regional, and store programs and initiatives, and ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations including Food Safety and regulatory duties required in the department." That's a description of role; could be "About the role" or "Job Summary". Use h3 for section heading. - Job Responsibilities: there is a heading "Job Responsibilities" then a long list of duties. We'll output

Job Responsibilities

then
  • each duty. - Job Skills: heading "Job Skills". We'll output

    Job Skills

    then
    • each skill. - Experience: heading "Experience". Content: "No prior retail experience required." That's substantive. So we can include

      Experience

      No prior retail experience required.

      - Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: heading "Physical Requirements/Working Conditions". We'll output

      Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

      then
      • each bullet. - Pay: The wage range: "The wage range for this position is $16.00-$25.40 Hourly, commensurate with experience." The instruction says: do NOT create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state wage range. However they also say: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Also they say: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". The phrase "commensurate with experience" is considered filler? They say never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state wage range, but includes "commensurate with experience". The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", ...). That suggests we should not create a Pay section if the content is just "commensurate with experience" placeholder. However they also say "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state them: wage range given. But the phrase "commensurate with experience" is considered filler. The example of filler includes that phrase. So maybe we should omit Pay section to avoid filler. However we could still include Pay section with the actual range, ignoring the filler phrase? The rule says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", ...). If we include the heading Pay and then the text "$16.00-$25.40 Hourly, commensurate with experience." That includes filler phrase. Might be considered violating. Safer to omit Pay section. - Benefits: The posting mentions Whole Benefits description. That's substantive. Should we include Benefits section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state benefits description. So we can include Benefits section. However we must avoid filler like "eligibility for Whole Benefits is determined under the terms..." that's substantive. So include. - Schedule: Not explicitly stated besides flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays as needed. That's under Physical Requirements/Working Conditions? Actually schedule is mentioned: "Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed." That's schedule info. Could be a Schedule section. But we could incorporate into Physical Requirements/Working Conditions or maybe separate Schedule section. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we keep schedule inside Physical Requirements/Working Conditions or maybe under a separate Schedule section if we think it's substantive. Since schedule is mentioned, we could create a Schedule section with that bullet. But we already have Physical Requirements/Working Conditions which includes ability to work flexible schedule. Might be okay to keep there. - Also there is a note about wage increase after 90 days etc. That's also benefits? Could be part of Benefits or Pay. But we omitted Pay. - Also there is EEO statement etc which we must remove. - Also there is "Click here for benefit details." That's a link; we should remove as it's application instruction? It's a link to benefit details; maybe considered boilerplate? It's not exactly application instruction but it's a link. Probably remove. - Also "New entry level Team Members who successfully complete their first 90-days..." that's substantive about benefits/increase. Could be part of Benefits. - Also "At Whole Foods Market, we provide a fair and equal employment opportunity..." that's EEO boilerplate; remove. - Also "Whole Foods Market hires and promotes individuals solely based on qualifications..." that's also EEO; remove. - Also "Whole Foods Market works with job sites like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter..." that's promotional; maybe remove as not substantive? It's about job sites; could be considered boilerplate; remove. - Also "Please be aware that other career sites may not be accurate..." that's warning; remove. - Also "We encourage and recommend all candidates to apply via our site." that's application instruction; remove. Thus we keep: About the role (first paragraph), Job Responsibilities, Job Skills, Experience, Physical Requirements/Working Conditions, Benefits (including Whole Benefits description and 90-day increase). Possibly also include "Job Summary" but we used About the role. Now we need to format. We'll produce:
