Part-Time Warehouse Associate (Night Shift)

About the role

This role supports distribution services within a warehouse environment, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, staging orders, and managing returns and inventory organization.
• Verifying received merchandise against shipment records, inspecting for discrepancies and defects.
• Stocking shelves and utilizing RF devices for inventory tasks.
• Assembling customer orders, entering data into computer systems, and inspecting returned items.
• Conducting daily inventory counts, researching discrepancies, and assisting with inventory procedures.
• Operating powered equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and handling controlled substances in specialized environments.
• Training new associates and performing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant work experience with a solid understanding of distribution workflows.
• Ability to read, understand English, and perform basic math.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate power equipment safely and participate in physical inventory.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and judgment skills.
• Preferred computer skills and possibly hazmat or certification for equipment operation.
