Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, staging orders, returns, and managing inventory.
• Verifying merchandise against shipment records, inspecting for discrepancies and defects.
• Stocking shelves and utilizing RF devices for inventory tasks.
• Assembling customer orders, entering data into systems, and inspecting returned items.
• Conducting daily inventory counts, researching discrepancies, and assisting with inventory procedures.
• Operating motorized equipment like forklifts and reach trucks, with potential certification requirements.
• Training new associates and performing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, understand product labels, and perform basic math.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work overtime, participate in physical inventories, and maintain safety standards.
• May require certification to operate high-level power equipment and hazmat training.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and attention to detail essential.
