Part-Time Warehouse Associate

About the role

The In-Home Services field professionals lead all field operations and thousands of technicians across nearly 100 facilities nationwide. This role manages the flow of material and equipment (satellite dishes, receivers, DVRs, and associated hardware) in and out of the warehouse, supporting both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Document the quantity and type of equipment, merchandise, and/or supplies stocked in the warehouse and/or on vans, as well as all materials needed for various installations and service calls.
• Maintain an accurate physical count of van products, warehouse products, and saleable products on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis.
• Receive returned equipment, new inventory, and vendor shipments; stock inventory in the warehouse; prepare shipments for return to the re-manufacturing department, and record distributed hardware information in the computer tracking system.
• Complete daily inventory transactions for all products used, linking them to the proper accounts.
• Prepare equipment shipments to remote employees, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
• Utilize computer systems and inventory tracking programs to manage and update inventory records efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of employment, with a driving record that meets DISH's minimum safety standard.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and compensated for overtime.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds; occasionally lift up to 125 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack and/or forklift).
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Pay

$18.25/hour. The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change.
