About the role

The Pittsburgh Airport Marriott is a distinguished property within the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio. As a hotel Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience through exceptional customer service and knowledge of the local area.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with a warm and engaging demeanor
• Providing transportation to guests in the local area as requested
• Offering recommendations for local attractions and restaurants
• Maintaining the cleanliness and operation of the shuttle
• Assisting guests in securing alternative transportation as needed
• Collaborating with other attendants to ensure personalized guest experiences
• Assisting the lobby attendant in maintaining the entrance area

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred
• Valid Drivers License with no infractions
• Ability to solve problems and work in a team environment
• Pleasant and helpful personality
• Ability to stand and run during shifts
• A strong desire to make a positive impact on guests and colleagues
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of local area and traffic patterns
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and responsibly
