Part-Time Universal Banker (20 Hours) - Rockville Branch

Responsibilities

• Aid in basic account openings for existing customers.
• Deliver service to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners as appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and promptly address customer complaints and issues.
• Participate in branch sales and service activities such as seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, and product initiatives.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, maintain a strong reputation, and adhere to policy, while driving ethical behavior and reporting control issues transparently.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

This job requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Bilingual Mandarin speaking is preferred but not required.
