Part Time Universal Banker (20 Hours) - Maryland / Capital Area.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the basic account opening process for existing customers.
• Deliver service to internal and external customers to address account service issues.
• Carry out financial transactions in line with bank policies and procedures.
• Forward potential sales opportunities to appropriate segment partners.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and efficiently handle customer complaints and issues.
• Participate in branch activities such as seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc.
• Comply with operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, maintaining a focus on the firm's reputation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
