Part-Time Universal Banker (20 Hours), Cupertino Branch

Responsibilities

• Aid in the basic account opening process for existing customers.
• Deliver service to internal and external customers to address account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions according to bank policies and procedures.
• Refer potential sales opportunities to appropriate partners.
• Create sales opportunities through service transactions and promptly resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Participate in branch activities such as seminars, micromarketing events, and promotional campaigns.
• Support sales and service activities by adhering to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior and report compliance issues transparently.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
