Responsibilities

  • Aid in basic account openings for existing customers.
  • Deliver service to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues.
  • Execute financial transactions in line with bank policies and procedures.
  • Refer opportunities to segment partners as appropriate.
  • Create sales opportunities from service transactions and address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Participate in branch sales/service activities such as seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc.
  • Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
  • Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, maintain a strong ethical judgment, and report control issues transparently.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

This job requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

The salary range provided in this posting is based on a 40 hour work week. The hourly rate corresponding to the annual range is $24.05 - $31.37. Pay

The salary range provided in this posting is based on a 40 hour work week. Good Faith schedule - subject to change based on business needs: Monday – Friday 9:45am – 1:45pm.
