Part-Time Universal Banker (20 Hours), Chino Hills Branch

Responsibilities

• Aid in basic account openings for existing customers.
• Deliver service to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners as appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Participate in branch sales/service activities such as seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, maintain firm reputation, and adhere to policy, ethical standards, and escalate control issues transparently.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

This job requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

$44,170.00 - $57,630.00 annually, with an hourly rate range of $21.23 - $27.70.
