About the Role

Union Grove Elementary is seeking a dependable, flexible part-time tutor to support students in grades K–5.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic support to individual students and small groups.
• Deliver tiered interventions to help students meet academic goals.
• Reinforce classroom instruction and support teachers with instructional activities.
• Build positive relationships with students while maintaining active engagement; time on task is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children required; educational experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Flexible, dependable, and committed to student success.
