About the role

We're seeking a dynamic couple or two-person team to serve as Part-Time Traveling Community Managers, providing leadership and operational support to our Independent Living Retirement Communities across the country during periods of management transition.

Responsibilities

  • Provide interim leadership and support at communities experiencing management transitions
  • Oversee community operations including sales, dining, activities, housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, and resident services
  • Maintain compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Aid communities in achieving occupancy, financial, and operational goals
  • Foster a positive culture that supports both employees and residents
  • Serve as a trusted resource during transitions, helping communities remain stable and successful

Requirements

  • A couple or two-person team passionate about serving seniors
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively to support communities nationwide
  • Applicants must be at least 25 years old to meet our liability insurance requirements for operating the resident shuttle
  • Strong leadership, hospitality, sales, and customer service skills
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales and marketing goals
  • Budget management and financial analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience hiring, training, and leading large teams
  • A servant-leadership mindset with the flexibility to step into various operational roles as needed
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and build relationships with residents and employees

Pay
