Part-Time Travel RBT

Role: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will deliver one-on-one behavioral support to students in a school setting under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Responsibilities Include Implementing individualized IEPs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using ABA strategies with fidelitySupporting classroom routines and collaborating with educational and behavioral teamsProviding behavioral support tailored to student needsCollecting, graphing, and maintaining behavioral data accuratelyUtilizing de-escalation and physical management techniques when necessary for safetyParticipating in supervision sessions to ensure BACB complianceHelping students achieve behavioral, social, and educational goalsAttending trainings and meetings as assigned Qualifications And Skills Associate’s degree or higherActive RBT certification through BACBKnowledge of ABA strategies and behavior intervention techniquesStrong empathy, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to physically support students in active environments Key Attributes: Effective collaboration, data collection proficiency, and commitment to student success.
