Part-Time Travel CT Technologist

About the role

Travel CT Tech responsible for operating CT scanners to produce diagnostic images, preparing and positioning patients, following safety protocols, and collaborating with radiologists and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures
• Maintain equipment
• Document patient data
• Ensure safety standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Adapt to various equipment and protocols across healthcare settings
• Provide compassionate patient care

• Operate CT equipment

• Set technical parameters

Qualifications & skills

• Minimum one year recent experience as a CT Technologist
• Valid Radiology license compliant with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Preferred: ARRT Certification and additional licenses
• Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and remain stationary for procedures
• Ability to follow instructions, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail
