About the role
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a travel assignment. The role involves operating CT scanners to produce diagnostic images, preparing and positioning patients, following imaging protocols, and collaborating with radiologists and healthcare professionals.
Key duties include
- Operating CT equipment and ensuring high-quality images
- Preparing, positioning, and explaining procedures to patients
- Adhering to safety and radiation protocols
- Performing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Accurately documenting patient and procedural data
- Collaborating with medical staff to deliver timely diagnostics
Qualifications
- At least one year of recent CT experience
- Valid Radiology license per state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred qualifications
- Current ARRT certification
- Additional certifications or licenses as required
