About the role
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to operate CT scanners for diagnostic imaging, ensuring patient safety and high-quality images.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and positioning patients for imaging procedures
- Setting technical parameters and operating CT equipment
- Collaborating with radiologists to obtain accurate images
- Maintaining equipment and documenting procedures
- Adhering to safety standards and safety protocols
- Providing compassionate patient care throughout procedures
- Performing routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Working effectively with healthcare teams and adapting to various protocols
Qualifications And Skills Required
- One year of recent CT technologist experience
- Valid Radiology license and current BLS certification
- Critical thinking, interpersonal, technical, and physical abilities
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ability to handle equipment, move patients and remain detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Current ARRT certification
