Part-Time Travel CT Technologist

About the Role

As a Travel CT Tech, you will operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images while ensuring compassionate patient care and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment for diagnostic imaging
• Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures as needed
• Set technical parameters and follow imaging and safety protocols
• Maintain equipment, perform routine troubleshooting, and document procedures accurately
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostics
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies
• Assist patients with mobility and ensure their comfort during procedures
• Adapt to various protocols and equipment as required

Requirements

• Minimum one year of recent CT experience
• Valid Radiology license
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT certification preferred
